How to Apply
Physical Therapy (PT)
If you are reapplying and it has been more than two years since the date the PTBC closed your previous application, the PTBC no longer has that application file on record. Therefore, you are required to submit a new application with all required documents and comply with all the laws and regulations in effect at the time a new application is filed.
- Graduate from an Accredited PT Program
- Foreign Educated Graduate Applying for a PT License from a Non-Accredited PT Program
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Graduate from an Accredited PTA Program
- Equivalency PTA Applicant
- Foreign Educated Graduate Applying for PTA License from a Non-Accredited PT Program
