Check on the status of my complaint:
If you have formally submitted a written complaint with the Physical Therapy Board of California (PTBC), you may inquire on the status of your complaint by:

- Your full name
- If possible, the case number (The case number is located on the complaint acknowledgement letter that was mailed to you by the CPS Unit.)
- Full name of the person you filed your complaint against
- Identify specific questions you have regarding your complaint, if any
